This is the station, L'Hospitalet pres l'Andorra where a bus was supposed to take me to Andorra but I was noticed that I had to wait for six hours in the freezing air! No way to wait for such a long time, so I hitchhiked and fortunately a man who was on the way to buy cigarettes gave me a lift. Andorra has two touristic attractions; shopping and winter sports. Because of the tax free system, the town itself looked like huge duty free shops in an airport next to the fantastic Pyrenees montains. In the very early morning, it was dark and silent. The mountains started changing its colour; dark blue, indigo, purple and finally grey rock and white snow and orange top of the mountains reflecting sunrise. It was absolutely amazing!

This train brought me from L'Hospitalet pres l'Andorra to Latour de Carol where the famous Yellow Train start its journey. I had plenty of time to leave the station so started exploring the beautiful village. What a fantastic scnery! Looking the snowy mountains away, the hourses were eating grass peacefully. Only few people walked around and there was no noise bothering me. This is the new Yellow Train though I expected the old one. The carriage shaked very much which somehow reminded me an attraction in amusement grounds.

The scenery from the train was superb. It was the time sun setting. I was just looking outside the window never knowing to be bored. It was a bit shame that the train has no roof-free carriage... quite reasonable in winter anyway. I found an old Yellow Train on my way, then afterwards it started getting dark. We were about to reach the last station. This was the day I refreshed myself with fresh air in the Pyrenees mountains.
