Leaving Dresden to Prague, the train run along the river Elbe. The view from the window was really nice. Rather old husband and wife who shared a compartment told us some Czech words. Such this small conversation brings us a warm happiness on journeys. The weather was a bit disappointing but looking Charles Bridge (the oldest stone bridge in Europe) from the next bridge, I perfectly understood why millions of people visit this city every year. It was a amazing scenery which you never be able to see apart from this city. This is just like a medieval city. Prague Castle stands solemnly and nice red coloured buildings gather beneath. Unlike the very touristic city centre, the place around the castle was rather quiet keeping its exquisite atmosphere.

I really liked a boul of soup I ate on the way to the Prague Castle. The cabbage soup has rich flavor of basil, garlic and whatever maybe I don't know. Charles Bridge was packed with tourists, buskers and all of the tour-related stuff and yet the magnificent bridge was worth looking. It was pity that it had already been too dark when we tried to see the statues on the bridge. The historic centre looks superb by this picture, but personally I was disappointed with too many tourists and shops which spoilt the atmasphere. I myself was a tourist so it reminded me of the difficulty of tourism.
